Spark trust and action through words

Does your blog need a wake-up call?

When life gets too busy, iBlogyou can help. We write informative and relevant blog posts for others.

When you’re occupied elsewhere, a dormant blog:

    • Neglects its audience.
    • Falls behind in searches.
    • Becomes less relevant.
    • Misses timely opportunities.
    • Disconnects from its readership.
    • Looks “closed” for business.

Keep your blog relevant with timely information that answers your readers’ questions. No blog article is too small or too big.

Part one process when hiring a blogger is your initial purchase and inquiry.
Purchase 1 of 3 blog posts differentiated by the number of words.
Part two process when hiring a blogger is the discovery.
We get together online for a Discovery Call and create a scope of works.
Part three of hiring a blogger is the collaboration and writing stage.
We collaborate on the project to discuss, share files and check progress.
Part four of hiring a blogger is to sign off and publish.
Access a workflow design that includes sign-off requests and publishing.

Our chief blogger and freelance writer, Tina, overseas all requests for blogging. Tina’s a freelance copywriter, blogger and editor in Brisbane, Australia. She helps clients both in Australia and overseas with their online copywriting and blogging needs. You may interact when:

    1. Purchasing an iBlogyou single blog post.
    2. Requesting a quote for longer or multiple blog posts.
    3. Hiring iBlogyou’s Freelance Writer services.

    Single blog packages

    1. First, you purchase a blog post based on the number of words through our online store. If you’re looking for a longer blog post or want to purchase multiple posts, ask for a quote.
    2. Then, you receive a Task Instruction Form for the blog article. This form includes the scope of work. We get together for a discovery call to complete this form together. The form collects information about your topic, keywords, tone and other information to support the inquiry and creation of your article.
    3. The preparation starts. This collaborative stage includes information gathering, knowledge expert interviews, competitor and keyword research.
    4. Then, with everything at our fingertips, the writing commences.
    5. Revision number one is where Tina reads and reviews the blog article.
    6. Before sending you the first client draft, an editor also reviews the blog article for content quality and SEO.
    7. You receive (via email, download or a collaboration app) the first client draft by the delivery due date. The first client draft gives you the opportunity to make changes. A clear scope at the start limits misunderstandings.††
    8. iBlogyou updates the client draft with your changes and sends you a second client draft.
    9. When you’re satisfied, you review and sign off on the final client draft. For some clients this is where the process ends. If you also want Tina to publish the post you, then progress to the next step, otherwise skip to step 14.
    10. Tina sets up and saves the draft on your blog for publishing.
    11. iBlogyou proofs the post to be published against the final client draft.
    12. You receive a copy of the final proof for your approval before publishing.
    13. The post is published.
    14. Finally, your feedback, helps iBlogyou to review the completed work and make any necessary adjustments to our process.

    Our revision process

†† Based on previous projects, the first client draft is generally the final draft. Sometimes, a client may change their mind about a word, or want something extra added or removed. That’s okay because iBlogyou provides two free client revisions. Delivery times for the client drafts and final draft may vary depending on the client’s response times.

    Quoted blog projects

    Why get a quote?

You might ask for a quote if you want to purchase multiple blog posts or a blog post longer than 1,500 words. Or, perhaps you’d like to establish a more permanent ongoing relationship.

Quoted blog projects follow a similar process to the single blog posts. One difference is the process may be repeated many times depending on the number of blog posts you’re purchasing.

“I encourage you to join me on a discovery call as the second step. During this call, we discuss the topic and process and afterward you receive a copy of the scope and process for your records.”
